Adding to an Existing Order

This project applied an addition to the famous Smith House that was designed in 1965 by Architect Richard Meier. The objective was to add a new system of rooms and spaces without interfering with the concept of the original design.

Yoda, a professional soccer player is thinking of purchasing a beach home for his off season vacations. He was interested in the property but wanted an addition. He mentioned that he wanted to incorporate a soccer type style into the addition. Since he always took his family and parents where ever they wished to go, so they all could rest and enjoy, He requested the main focus to be the Family Room.
